Calling Canada - No more excuses!
I am a huge fan of calling cards at the moment. I have already blogged about the savings involved when using calling cards to make international calls. That remains a fact, but one thing I have been more surprised at is how much I can save when calling somewhere as local as Canada. I mean, it’s relatively close, I wouldn’t have thought the savings would be that great, but boy was I wrong. I have purchased a handful of Canada phone cards over the past couple of months and the savings I am making when calling Canada are unbelievable. I can understand a huge saving on international calls to Europe, Australia and Africa etc, but someone as local as Canada, well, I was more than surprised.
Of course, it is a known fact that calling cards can offer extensive savings whether you’re calling the country next door or the country on the other side of the world. I had to try it for myself to believe it though. If any of our readers are still using their mobile to call their relatives and business colleagues then the next time you’re out and about or surfing around online - pick up a trial phone card, you might even find one for free.
