Original details of the gPhone prototype have been as follows :

• Five inches long
• Three inches wide
• Touch-sensitive (I dare you not to ‘lol’ at that combination of those first three)
• A full sized QWERTY keyboard

In terms of software, you’ll be able check emails, edit text, and watch YouTube videos (surprise surprise!)

This information is for an internal design, code-named “Dream”.
Google have so far failed to deny rumour of them developing a phone, so this could well be it folks.
